Manage project-related accounts, including monitoring budgets, expenses, and billing schedules.
Prepare and review project financial reports for internal and client use.
Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and timely invoicing.
Assist in forecasting project cash flow and monitoring financial performance against budgets.
Handle client queries related to billing and payment in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures for all project transactions.
Support month-end closing activities related to project accounts.
Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Liaise with external vendors and clients for payment follow-ups and financial clarifications.
Contribute to process improvements for project accounting and reporting efficiency.
Requirements:
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum
1 year of working experience
in finance, business, or administrative roles.
Skills:
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Good communication skills in
English and Bahasa Melayu
