JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive sales and manage focus projects, ensuring successful execution and profitability.
  • Lead and oversee selected projects, monitoring progress and delivering results within deadlines.
  • Promote and drive adoption of focus applications, products, and services to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage complex commercial deals while balancing sales growth, quality, and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Integrate commercial and technical aspects to deliver tailored solutions combining products, services, and software.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate project capture team meetings to align objectives and execution.
  • Prepare forecasts, quotations, and provide timely project updates.
  • Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce) for pipeline management, lead tracking, and project reporting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:?
  • Degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, with strong preference for construction project management background.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute complex commercial deals while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of solution selling that integrates products, services, and software.
  • Effective collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency in English and local languages.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
