Job Description

Summary Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. In addition, provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of billing processes, etc Responsibilities Cost Control Support FPO Operations by adhering to company processes and procedures and LOA, thus ensuring accurate data are captured in SAP using the correct cost centres to enable effective and efficient cost control. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports (actual vs budget) and analyse the details of the expenses and providing high quality commentaries Prepare Sales Order to be billed to client on monthly basis to ensure timely revenue recognition Focal person for PR creation and perform GRN for all FPO vessels Review GL accounts and cost centres Prepare Cash Management Forecast Monitor cash collections and invoicing status Prepare project invoices by reconcile manhours and third party cost incurred Prepare payment certificates Leadership and Relationship Building Attend regular meetings with project Management, Engineering, Procurement and Construction as appropriate Support effective client relationship and submit project invoices Establish effective working relationships with appropriate project staff to assist in the provision of timely and accurate update information Reporting Requirement Guarantee timely reporting, budgeting, financial management and project forecasting to Project Manager and Management Team Compile information for internal and external auditors, as required Close out project accounts upon project completion Others Any other duties/ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior Qualification and requirement Degree Bachelor Degree of Accounting (Hons) and equivalent Minimum 3-5 years\' experience in project accounting / finance Conversant with personal computing software, an advanced Excel use with experience of using SAP requirements will be a bonus Candidates from non-oil and gas industry are welcome to apply Added advantage: Experience in FPO / FPSO/ EPCIC Contract
