Maintain and update bank control listings, including signatories, account status, and reconciliations.
Track project expenses to date against approved budgets; maintain clean and accurate expense records.
Monitor loan borrowings, redemptions, and repayments, ensuring accurate reporting of balances and due dates.
Organise and maintain financial files, both physical and digital, including loan agreements, payment records, and vouchers.
Coordinate with project teams, site staff, and accounts to ensure timely collection of expense and payment data.
Assist in preparation of financial analysis, financial projections and any related report for management decision making.
Assist in preparation of audit schedules and account reconciliations, to assist in audit matters to ensure smooth and successful audit process.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
1-3 year(s) of relevant working experience in accounting, finance, or project support role (preferably with Property Developer/Construction industry).
Basic understanding of financial concepts like loans, repayments, and expense categorization.
Strong attention to detail and a natural sense of organization.
Proactive and reliable -- able to work independently and flag issues.
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
Proficient in accounting system(s) and MS Office package (Excel, etc.)
