-Make phone calls -Keep track of budgets and project expenditures -Help to set up project meetings -Handle the minute-taking at meetings -Assist with planning -Keep the project calendar up to date -Administrative duties -Track projects -Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders -Monitor project progress and address potential issues -Measure and report on project performance -Help the project manager with administrative duties and processes -Alert the project manager to issues as they arise
