In a competitive market segment, we position ourselves as the best value provider. We are looking for a project administration clerk to join our company due to its expansion. Key responsibilities of the role: \xe2\x80\xa2 Get the cost price from the supplier for stainless steel equipment and other kitchen equipment from the purchasing department in order to do the project quotation, BQ. \xe2\x80\xa2 Draw or sketch the picture of the tailor-made stainless steel items to be submitted to the supplier when needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up closely with the supplier regarding the progress of production for stainless steel equipment, tracking the production after you place the order with the supplier. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare project handover documents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by management from time to time. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least an SPM, diploma, or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin \xe2\x80\xa2 Details-oriented and meticulous \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). \xe2\x80\xa2 Hardworking, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Immediate availability will be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
