\xc2\xb7 Prepare documentation for any construction activity required. \xc2\xb7 Monitor the materials ordering, delivery, and recording. \xc2\xb7 Keep a record of all the materials and equipment on site. \xc2\xb7 Arrange for regular maintenance or service to the equipment. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with the local authority on any documentation submission or inspection due to construction activity. \xc2\xb7 Organize the filing system as a reference. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with consultant to resolve the technical issue. Job Requirement \xc2\xb7 Candidates must poses at least Diploma/Degree in related course \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Project Executive cum Storekeeper. \xc2\xb7 Experience in material control for construction field. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office software. \xc2\xb7 Language required : English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Added Advantage) Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
