ELV and electrical construction contract and billing
. The successful candidate will assist in project coordination, documentation, and billing processes to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare project documentation, quotations, and progress billing.
Maintain contract files, purchase orders, and project records.
Coordinate between project teams, suppliers, and clients on documentation requirements.
Assist in monitoring project schedules and deliverables.
Support management in preparing monthly reports and invoicing.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in ELV and electrical construction contract & billing.
Strong knowledge of project documentation, contract administration, and billing procedures.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management tools
.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
