Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Admin (Exhibition) located in Petaling Jaya. The Project Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project management team, including placing orders, managing budgets, and coordinating logistics. The Project Admin will also assist in ensuring that all projects are completed on-time, within scope, and within budget. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software Prior experience in event and exhibition management is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include knowledge of the exhibition industry trends and familiarity with logistics.
