Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Exec with experience in Jira development & automation to join our team. You will play a crucial role in optimizing project management processes, enhancing system efficiency, and driving automation initiatives across the organization.Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and optimize project management processes.
• Develop and customize Jira workflows, dashboards, and plugins to streamline project management activities.
• Utilize coding skills (Java, Groovy, etc.) to extend Jira functionality and integrate with other tools and systems.
• Design and implement automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort in project management tasks.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on Jira usage, best practices, troubleshooting and ensure smooth operation of developed solutions.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in project management tools and technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Diploma graduates with related experience will be considered too.
• Proven experience working as a PMO Executive, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Extensive experience with Jira administration, configuration, customization, and plugin development.
• Strong coding skills with proficiency in language such as Java, Groovy, etc.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing automation solutions for project management processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Mandarin) to deal with respective language speaking cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions.
