RESPONSIBILITY :-
Perform day-to-day project administrative tasks.
Responsible for filing, photocopying, and maintaining project documents.
Assist general workers with client site registration and all matters related to work permits and safety permits.
Handle tender preparation, cost estimation, and quantity take-off.
Prepare project budgets and cost control reports.
Manage subcontractors' and suppliers' orders, progress, and claims.
Implement contractual knowledge and prepare project correspondence.
Liaise and coordinate closely with suppliers, contractors, and the site team on work tasks and logistics arrangements.
Monitor and update project performance and deliveries.
Act as the contact point between developers, the company, and agents.
Conduct continuous project training for new and existing agents.
Develop, prepare, and coordinate presentations and proposals for existing and potential clients.
Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
SKILL REQUIRED :-
- AUTOCAD required
- CIDB holder
- Strong verbal and communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and self-motivated with minimum supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
