About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Administration & Correspondence staff to join our practice in Johor Bahru. This is an administrative position responsible for managing project documents, communication, and schedules. High discipline, reliable attendance, and consistency are key qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle project-related correspondence (letters, emails, forms).
Prepare, file, and track submissions to clients, consultants, and authorities.
Maintain project tracking sheets for deadlines, progress, and follow-ups.
Organize and archive project documents and reports.
Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and contractors for required paperwork.
Prepare meeting notes, action lists, and follow-ups.
Work closely with the Directors to ensure submission targets are met, projects remain on track, and staff performance is properly documented.
Requirements:
Degree in
Business Administration
,
Project Management
,
Construction Management
, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or related field.
1-3 years of experience
in project administration, construction, or architectural firms (fresh graduates with relevant skills may apply).
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
; knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Primavera) is an advantage.* Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
High discipline, reliable attendance, and consistent work performance are essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet the datelines.
