Requirement:
Experience in the field of accounting.
Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks with accuracy.
Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Provide administrative support to project manager and operation team.
Assist in preparing project documentation, reports and progress updates.
Maintain project files, records and correspondences.
Assist in tracking project timelines, and deliverables.
Support procurement and invoice processing tasks when needed.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and document control standards.
