Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform daily clerical and administrative functions to support management

  • Source for quotations, price comparison and costing summary

  • Prepare project costing and report

  • Prepare documents for tender and contracts

  • To involve project team for variation works, progress claim and cost control

  • Any other duties assign by superior

Skills and Qualifications

  • Required skill(s) : MS Excel, Ms Work, MS Powerpoint

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Able to start immediately

  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving

  • Team management and leadership skills

  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools

  • Attention to detail even under pressure

  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Willing to work Overtime when required

Requirements
  • Minimum education level: Bachelor\xc2\xb4s Degree
