Job Description


  • To liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors and related to project dot, submission and ensure all the approvals are obtained on time with quality standards
  • To communicate with sales teams for additional details and accuracy of quotations, drawings, items and customer information
  • To Assist sales team by offering prices based on standardized price list
  • To compile and prepare all necessary supporting documentation required for project including permit , approval, correspondence
  • To prepare project progress report for management review.
  • To manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for sales team members
  • Undertake and execute any ad-how project as & when required
ResponsibilitiesRequirements
  • Diploma or Degree in any related fields
  • Has experiences in handling documentation, preparing reports
  • Willing to learn and grow - how to get more info of quotation, how to apply permit and scheduling
