Position Overview:The Project Admin is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the construction project team to ensure the high efficiency and smoothness of the project's daily operations. Through effective document management, information coordination, meeting organization, and good communication with both internal and external parties, the specialist helps the project progress as planned and achieve its goals.Job Responsibilities:1. Document and File ManagementEstablish and maintain the project document management system to ensure that all project documents (including contracts, drawings, reports, correspondence, etc.) are properly classified, numbered, stored, and archived for quick retrieval and reference.Be responsible for the receipt, registration, and distribution of documents, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of document circulation. Track the processing progress of important documents and remind relevant personnel to reply and handle them on time.2. Information Collection and AnalysisCollect project-related information, such as construction progress, personnel attendance, and material procurement status, etc., and conduct sorting and analysis to provide accurate data support for the project manager and assist in making reasonable decisions.Assist in preparing project weekly reports, monthly reports, and other regular reports, summarizing project progress, problems, and solutions to ensure that information is timely and accurately conveyed to project team members and superiors.3.
