Are you passionate, eager to learn, and ready to explore a career in the interior design fit-out world? We are offering internship placements in the following departments:

Position 1: Project Admin

Responsibilities:

Provide admin support to project teams on documentation and coordination Assist in scheduling, site progress updates, and material delivery tracking Help prepare meeting minutes, filing systems, and general project reporting

Requirements:

Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, or Construction-related course Proactive and organized with good communication skills Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Position 2: Purchasing

Responsibilities:

Assist and coordinate with principal and supplier on the materials ordering. Assist in monitoring stock level and prepare stock replenishment. Assist in materials enquiry and quotation. Assist follow up and update customer feedback. Support the team in checking and matching invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders. Help to monitor delivery progress and confirm goods received as per quantity and quality. Perform other relevant support activities as and when required.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or a related field. Required skill(s): Microsoft Applications. Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Puchong
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
