Requirements

• Minimum diploma or bachelor\'s degree in architecture/engineering or equivalent
• Minimum three (3) years relevant working experience
• Able to write project correspondence with proper English grammar
• Good ability in understanding technical drawings & structure
• Preferably specializing in signage or property-related field
• Must be a good team player and team leader
• Skillful in CorelDRAW, Adobe, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and others
• Strong technical knowledge
• Microsoft Office, video editing, and architecture rendering/other software is an advantage
• Must be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Project Workflow: Implementation from project award

Follow-up on construction drawing approval
Sample/model approval
Site meetings and coordination
Supervise signage installation
Ensure completion of all installations as per plan * Responsible for pre- and post-contract management, scheduling, planning, and executing designated project timelines, reporting project details and progress to the company

• Effective negotiation and communication with teams, government departments, customers, and contractors to discuss and resolve engineering procedures, complaints, and construction issues
• Able to attend meetings, conduct site inspections, manage and handle all related work and projects, ensuring progress according to plan
• Additional relevant duties and projects may be assigned by the company
