Requirement:



0-2 years of relevant experience. - Degree or diploma in Civil, Structural, Town Planning related field. Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia At least having 1 years or above experience,open to fresh graduate Skills required: Analytical, Problem Solving, Organizational Skill Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office operation Willing to learn and assist in technical and coordination tasks Strong time management skills and the ability to handle a high volume of digital documents. Ability to plan workload effectively and meet deadlines.

To assist in preparing documentation for various submission purpose for Kebenaran Merancang, Permit Bangunan Sementara, Pelan Bangunan, Permit Khas, Lesen Pendudukan Sementara and other related submission to local authorities

1. Prepare, print and compile technical and submission documents.

2. Prepare Laporan Cadangan Pemajuan (Town Planning)

3. Prepare KM layout plan (Town Planning)

4. Liaise and report to permitting executive

5. Ensure that all documents (E.g., Projects/Engineering) are thoroughly checjed and submitted on time, prior to the document submission due date

6. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
