Overall Purpose

To lead and manage the Project Admin Department in ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient handling of customer support cases, timely completion of site jobs, and accurate documentation. The role involves supervising the Executives, collaborating with Technicians, and coordinating with internal teams and clients, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & People Management

Lead, mentor, and supervise the

Project Admin, Support Admin and Warehouse teams

to ensure high performance, efficiency, and professionalism. Plan manpower allocation, job assignments, and leave coverage to ensure uninterrupted support for ongoing projects and client requirements.

2. Department Oversight & Operational Control

Oversee the entire project administration workflow, ensuring all documentation, purchasing, and invoicing activities meet accuracy, quality, and timeline standards.

3. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

Prepare, review and validate reports, analyze data trends, suggest recommendation to management

4. Process Improvement & Strategic Development

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation standards, and reporting formats to streamline operations.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
