Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
  • Experience in handling corporate registrations or compliance documentation is and added advantage.
  • Proficient in Using Malaysian government portals eg.: CIMS (CIDB), ePerolehan (MOF), eClaps (SPAN), ECOS (ST).
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Sheets, Dropbox, etc)
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Good verbal and and written communication skills
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
  • High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Willing to work flexible hours when necessary to meet submission deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, scanning, data entry,and document tracking.
  • Assist in administrative support for company projects including scanning and uploading to Dropbox, Google Sheet or other storage.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance
  • Prepare, update and maintain company documents such as registration certificates, forms and company records.
  • Responsible in monitoring and renewing registrations/certifications with regulatory bodies such as CIDB (PIKK, SPKK, STB SCORE), MOF, SPAN, ST and ISO 9001:2015
  • Assist the QS / Procurement team in compiling supporting documents for tenders, Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory including stationery and forms.
  • Provides support of HR, Finance or other departments when required.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing minutes or assisting visitors
  • To adhere the organization's Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) policy.
