Coordinate with subcontractors by sending technical drawings for quotation purposes.
Issue PO to subcontractors upon final order confirmation.
Coordinate the collection and review of quotations to support procurement and cost analysis.
Monitor and liaise with subcontractors to track the progress of outsourced work and ensure timely delivery.
Input job orders into the internal system accurately and promptly.
Prepare and maintain project-related documentation in compliance with ISO standards and company procedures.
Support the project team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of automation projects.
Maintain proper records of correspondence, POs, quotations, and project documentation for audit and quality control purposes.
Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least minimum of SPM or Diploma qualification.
Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin.
Willing to learn, well attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
