Open Position: Project Administrator (MNC Piping Solutions Company)

A MNC Piping Solutions Company is looking for Project Administrator to be based in Selangor.

Key requirements include:

Coordinate project activities by maintaining and updating project schedules, managing project documentations, monitoring progress and communicating to the project team.

Work closely with fabrication and supply chain team to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

\xc2\xb7
Coordinate in project materials purchase, working closely with logistics team on materials arrival planning and communicate to related parties.

Create project presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.

\xc2\xb7
Project sharepoint administration, structure project files and ensure good filing.

\xc2\xb7
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

\xc2\xb7
1-3 years of working in fast paced project execution environment.

\xc2\xb7
Fresh graduates with strong capability to multi-task and strong administration skills are welcomed .

Independent and able to communicate efficiently in English.

\xc2\xb7
Well versed in Ms Project, Powerpoint, Excel and similar softwares.
