We are looking for a PMO / Project Analyst with strong experience in the insurance industry, focusing on CRM and contact center environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in program governance, operations transformation initiatives, and delivering SteerCo updates across multi-market efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support program and project governance across insurance CRM and contact center transformation initiatives. Track, monitor, and report progress of multi-market operations efficiency programs. Prepare and deliver high-quality SteerCo and management updates. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of program objectives. Support risk, issue, and dependency management across projects. Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and reporting standards.

Key Requirements:

Proven PMO / Project Analyst experience within the insurance industry. Strong exposure to CRM systems and contact center transformation programs. Expertise in program governance, reporting, and executive updates. Experience in supporting operations transformation and multi-market efficiency programs. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and documentation capabilities.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
