We are seeking a

Project and Operations Executive

to join our team. As a startup, this role is crucial and will be the

second in command

, reporting directly to the management team. You will not only manage projects and operations but also provide oversight for our team. We need a highly organized and proactive individual who can seamlessly handle multiple projects, manage key operational tasks, and provide guidance to our employees.

A critical aspect of this role is the handling of

highly confidential information

, particularly project pricing, financial data, and sensitive employee information. You must demonstrate the highest level of integrity and discretion at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Manage and execute multiple digital transformation and IT support projects simultaneously from initiation to completion. Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure efficient and timely project execution. Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure all milestones are met. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Operational & Employee Oversight:

Assist in the planning and execution of daily operational activities for the agency. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Manage and maintain project documentation, operational records, and confidential employee files. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Financial Oversight & Confidentiality:

Handle and manage confidential project pricing, budgets, and financial information with the utmost discretion. Track project expenditures and assist in budget reconciliation. Ensure all confidential information is securely stored and handled according to company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management, Operations Management). 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role, preferably within the IT or digital services industry. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, startup environment. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders and provide guidance to team members.

Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information

with integrity and professionalism.

Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
