With our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur , our multidisciplinary team is seeking a Project Architect with minimum 5 years experience. Responsibilities To assist the Directors to manage projects and project teams. To supervise and coordinate project activities and to ensure works carried out comply with the office standards. To ensure that Projects are managed effectively and efficiently and in a manner that satisfies the Architects scope of responsibilities. To report to the Directors and receive instructions. To update the project programme and project brief based on the Client\'s requirements. To establish authority requirements for a particular project, including those within the scope of other consultants. To establish with the Director the resources required for the project and to prepare the Project Organization Chart for the phases of work involved. To attend to project meetings and prepare minutes of meeting unless otherwise directed. To ensure that the design concept is maintained or amended as agreed with the Project Director throughout the development of the project. To ensure that the designs meet the Client\'s brief and Client\'s budget and to advise if otherwise. To ensure constructability of the designs and adequacy of detail design. To ensure submission drawings comply to uniform building by-laws and local authorities requirements. To ensure proper and adequate coordination with other consultants during the course of the project through consultants technical meetings (CTM) and to prepare minutes of the CTM. To attend client consultants meeting (CCM) and prepare minutes of meeting. To monitor the adequacy and production of drawings at each stage and ensure that project programme is met. To ensure all drawings and documents are checked and verified at each stage of work before issuance to others. To administer the Building Contract as directed. To attend and/or chair site meetings and prepare minutes of meetings. To brief site supervisory staff on their scope and responsibilities. To direct site supervisory staff to ensure close supervision on progress and quality of work of the contractor and timely notifications. To resolve details and to provide necessary information as and when necessary in order to avoid delay to the contractor. To ensure before issuance of Certificate of Practical Completion that all \'as built drawings\' and all relevant warranties as required by the contract have been submitted by the contractor. To ensure that all statutory requirements are met prior to the documentation for the application for the Certificate of Fitness. To quality service response and good relations with Clients at all times. To manage the preparation of BIM models, design presentations, 3D renderings and drawing documentations. To conduct presentations to Client and other stakeholders. To prepare area analysis to ensure that the designs are in accordance to the brief. To ensure quality service and good relations to clients are maintained at all times. Others as directed by the Director. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture or equivalent Preferably LAM Part 2 registered Minimum 5 years experience in a Project Architect position managing various large scale projects Should have aptitude and experience in high rise and mixed developments Committed, independent and diligent Proficiency in Revit would be an advantage, proficiency in AutoCAD, knowledge of Sketchup is required Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision Mature and self motivated to achieve targets and deadlines Good communication and creative presentation skills in English Please sent CV and Portfolio to [HIDDEN TEXT]
