job description

s:

Perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction
Study and review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure compliance to company's standard and requirements
Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the architectural drawings and specifications
Liaison and coordination with authorities, consultants, site staffs & contractors pertaining to architectural matters

Requirements:

Possess Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent
At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is preferred
Good communication and project management skills
Experience in project coordination with Clients, Consultants, Local Authorities and Contractors
Strong creative sense, team player and able to work independently
Able to start work in short notice
