Job Description

Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the design process from conception to completion
- Collaborate with other members of the team to develop and refine project plans, schedules and budgets
- To liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, contractors and suppliers for design coordination, authority submissions and technical issues.
- To review design, authority submission, tender and construction drawings to ensure compliance with the relevant building codes, authorities' requirements, design intention and client's requirements.
- To attend site inspection during construction to ensure good quality of workmanship.

Qualifications

- Diploma's , Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD/Gstarcad, Archicad, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, Sketchup, 3D modelling etc
- Excellent technical drawing skills, strong creative and visualization skills
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English, Malay & Mandarin
-Proactive attitude, good interpersonal and presentation skills
-Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
-Working experience with more than 3 years in the Architectural field will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
