Job Responsibilities

Assist, manage & coordinate the project for all professional audio, visual & stage lighting including tracking & monitoring of project budget against the actual cost of the project.
Work with project manager, engineer and customer on day to day tasks and confirmed request
Assist in creating /reporting AV project and works progress schedule for customer and individual department schedule for internal project staff
Assist project manager and engineer to provide support for AV project working teams and define the project\'s business objectives.
Assist in the creation of the Bill of Quantity (BQ). Gathering of quotation from subcontractors and checking quotations before submission to customers
Assist in managing any change requests in any specifications required during the project delivery phase
Assist in managing the client\'s expectations through regular work in progress/site meetings, AV projects documentation and AV projects tools

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least diploma/degree in engineering (electrical/electronic) or equivalent
Minimum 2 - 4 years in project co-ordination of professional audio & visual projects is required for these positions
Ability to understand and interpret layout plans, project drawing, finishes and familiar with aspects of professional audio and visual projects requirements
Must possess the ability to work closely with colleagues and suppliers within a teamwork environment
Possess adequate and logical skills in problem solving, follow-up and implementation
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team or individual
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Project drawing, bill of quantity
The candidate must be willing to work in Permas Jaya and required to travel around
