• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field will be an advantage but not mandatory. SPM or STPM also welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Project Assistant, Project Coordinator or administrative role (preferred but not mandatory). Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• With knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willing to travel as our projects is coverage nationwide of Malaysia.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Chinese speaking will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• To assist project manager in coordinating tasks related to project between project teams, clients and stakeholders.
• To attend meeting or visit site with project manager when necessary.
• To provide administrative support as to gather, compile and organize all documentation related to project.
• To monitor and tracking on project progress to ensure the smooth operation of the project team.
• To assists in identifying and resolving project issue and risk under the direction of project manager.
