Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Project Assistant to provide essential administrative and technical support to our Project Manager and QS team on site and in the office.
Key Project Assistant Responsibilities
Documentation Control:
Maintain, organize, and track all project documents, drawings, transmittals, reports, and correspondence.Communication:
Act as a central point of contact for internal teams, sub-contractors, and consultants regarding project scheduling and documentation.Procurement Support:
Assist the QS in compiling price comparisons, sourcing quotations for minor items, and tracking material delivery.Site Administration:
Prepare meeting minutes, daily site reports, and simple progress tracking sheets.Claims Support:
Assist the QS with basic data compilation for progress claims and variations.Project Assistant Qualifications
Education:
Diploma/Certificate in Building, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.Experience:
1-2 years
of experience in a construction, engineering, or project administrative role is highly preferred.Technical Skills:
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Excel and Word)
is essential. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a bonus.Attributes:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills.Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
