Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil and structural works for property development projects

-Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement efficient construction methodologies

-Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress to identify and resolve any issues

-Liaise with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements

-Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to the civil and structural works

-Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering /Structural Engineering or a related field.

-A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the property development industry.

-Proven experience in the construction supervision of civil and structural works.

-Candidate with full cycle of high rise construction experience is advantageous.

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the project team and stakeholders.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
