Your roles & responsibilities:

Plan and manage systems implementation, business transformation & improvement, and consulting projects for clients in the financial services industry Manage project activities and monitor project status Plan & manage project resources requirements Manage project issues to ensure proper resolution on time to minimise impact to project Manage project risks & dependencies Manage key stakeholders within client organization Work closely with vendors, client users & IT in planning and executing projects Review key deliverables produced by the team & vendors Perform analysis develop new business process and/or technology solutions for clients Prepare and document project deliverables Facilitate project meetings and discussions

What are we looking for in a candidate?

Possess a bachelor's degree in any field with

minimum CGPA 3.0 or equivalent

At least 5 years' working experience in business transformation or IT projects Candidates with IT consultancy, advisory or project management experience are strongly encouraged to apply Software development/implementation experience (especially in banking or insurance industry) is added advantage Excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken) Strong leadership, problem solving skills, resourceful, and result-oriented Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical skills and enjoys out-of-the-box thinking Highly motivated individuals with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment Flexible and are willing to travel when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
