in construction, QS, or project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in quantity take-offs and understanding client requirements.
Help review technical drawings and prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
Support pre-tender activities, including vendor sourcing and tender calling.
Prepare basic quotations and assist the sales team with project documents.
Liaise with suppliers, fixers, and vendors on work arrangements.
Assist in checking BOQ vs drawings and site conditions during construction.
Support project close-out, including claims, variations, and final account preparation.
Requirements
Diploma in QS, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Fresh graduates or 1-2 years' experience are encouraged to apply.
Able to read basic technical drawings.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
