Requirements

• Possess Degree or Diploma in project management, business, or a related field.
• Experience working in an NGO is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Project planning: Assist in planning projects, including preparing schedules, budgets, and resources required to achieve project goals.
• Resource coordination: Organize and coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Communication: Maintain good communication between the project team, stakeholders, and clients. This includes providing regular reports on project progress and attending project-related meetings.
• Monitoring and oversight: Monitor project progress, including overseeing schedules, budgets, and resources, and identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Documentation: Create, update, and store project documents, such as work plans, progress reports, and other documents needed to achieve project goals.
• Quality and compliance: Ensure the project complies with quality standards, laws, and regulations. This may include reviewing and approving plans, specifications, and other project-related documents.
• Project closure: Support the systematic and orderly closure of the project, including resolving any outstanding issues, providing a final report, and evaluating project performance.
