Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Project Coordinator Cum Site Supervisor to oversee our interior design & bulid projects. You will responsible for managing daily site activities, ensuring that workmanship meets design standards, and projects are completed on time and within scope. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast- paced environment, is detail-oriented, and confident in coordinating workers, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders on-site.

Your role will include the following:



Plan project schedules and work programs. Conduct proper site housekeeping and safety procedures. Conduct quality control checks on site material and site progress. Facilitate communication between design and construction teams. Ensure all work is carried out according to design specifications and construction detailing. To record any changes in construction sites and ensure verification from the design team/client. To carry out material and site inspections. Liaise with the client for post-handover care.

Qualifications and skills:



Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in related fields. Background in Interior Design preferred. Preferably 3-4 years of practical experience in related field. Fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Mandarin and Cantonese is a bonus. Ability to write reports. Good communication skills. Able to travel outstation. Self-motivated and a team player.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
