Attend to reporting, documentation, following up all sent/receive work sheet and filing duties.

Updating daily work sheet/ on site work progress and reporting to superior on daily basis.

Supervise, control and coordinate construction activities to ensure smooth execution.

Able to hands-on experience on site works and project management.

Able to liase with consultant, management office and well verse in construction techniques and issue.

Liaise with maincon (inclusive foreigner worker) pertaining to planning, logistics, material management, construction and daily site issues.

Check all construction drawings and identify information gaps that needed further attention.

Assist in material control management.

Site visiting & inspection on rectification works

To work independently with minimum supervision.

Requirements
Min. SPM

Written Languages : English, Mandarin & BM.

Spoken Languages : Preferable Mandrin/Cantonese, BM, English.

Working Experience : Construction related field is required for this position.

Computer Literates : MS Excel. Knowledge in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Salary will commemorates with experience.

Posses valid driving license and own car/motorcycle.

Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

Working Hours : Mon - Sat (8am - 5pm)
