Job Summary
We are looking for a
detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator
to manage and coordinatePeneraju programme candidates
from initial screening up to executionpreferabaly Malay candidate.
This role involves
calling and screening potential candidates
, coordinating interview sessions with the in-house team, tracking candidate progress, and ensuringall activities are accurately updated in the CRM system
. Fresh graduates with anHR or related background
are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities
Contact potential Peneraju candidates via phone and email to confirm interest and eligibility. Schedule and coordinate interview or alignment sessions with the in-house team.
CRM & Data Management
Update all candidate interactions, call logs, interview outcomes, and status changes in the CRM system. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Generate simple reports on candidate status, attendance, and progress when required. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
