• Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
• Knowledge of physical security is a must.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must have AutoCAD and Revit installed on your laptop/PC.
• Location: Gelang Patah, Johor

Responsibilities

• Produce shop drawings and submit them within the stipulated time.
• Coordinate with the site engineer to update shop drawings.
• Manage all BIM-related aspects of projects, from tender to construction stages.
• Oversee the use and delivery of BIM for the contract.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Ensure the implementation of the BIM Execution Plan and deliverables.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and coordination of design.
• Ensure proper data flow internally and externally.
• Validate levels of detail, modeling content, and quality control.
• Participate in design and model coordination meetings and review sessions.
• Support and participate in the Company's SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) activities within your duties.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors/management as required.
