- Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
- Knowledge of physical security is a must.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must have AutoCAD and Revit installed on your laptop/PC.
- Location: Gelang Patah, Johor
- Produce shop drawings and submit them within the stipulated time.
- Coordinate with the site engineer to update shop drawings.
- Manage all BIM-related aspects of projects, from tender to construction stages.
- Oversee the use and delivery of BIM for the contract.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Ensure the implementation of the BIM Execution Plan and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective collaboration and coordination of design.
- Ensure proper data flow internally and externally.
- Validate levels of detail, modeling content, and quality control.
- Participate in design and model coordination meetings and review sessions.
- Support and participate in the Company's SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) activities within your duties.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors/management as required.
