The Project Coordinator (Internship) will be the key logistical lead for domestic and global facilities, shipments, billing process. The Project Coordinator (Internship) will provide direction to facility personnel, coordinate logistics, use analytical and decision-making skills to fulfill resource requirements, oversee and maintain all necessary inventories, and implement and reconcile financial processes for the facility.

Maintain and purchase all necessary materials and supplies t to support facility operations and equipment
Verify and manage all vendor invoices
Reconcile and manage all financial cost transfers for every facility user
Maintain and reconcile all BTA account cost submissions by working with the finance team to ensure prompt payments
Manage support requests
Work with Service Managers to meet expectations on job assignments, training, PPE and other tasks as needed
Support other functions as needed and review and approve timesheets and expenses if needed
Create and maintain billing tracking spreadsheets
Prepare reports for managers
