Job Description


Salary Offer: Up to RM5,000 Working hour: Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm) Contract Duration: 6 Months contract Project Management: Responsible for overseeing and supporting APACinitiatives and working with key stakeholders to deliver project outputs within defined timeline and requirements. Ensure that the solutions provided is aligned with the business process of various department in the organization Identify and evaluate system gaps and recommend solutions for system enhancement in order to achieve defined levels of improvement in efficiency and productivity. Lead and ensure development of the appropriate documents for the pre-analysis, planning, estimating, approval, execution and closing for all projects assigned Be responsible for DX deliveries in the areas/project assigned in coordination with regional and in-country stakeholder Ensure that all projects are tracked, prioritized, approved and executed in accordance with DX PMO processes Proactively take leadership to manage the contract during delivery including risks and issues and take ownership of escalations. Lead, motivate, coach and direct the project team and monitor and manage the performance of 3rd party suppliers, both internal and external, in order to secure the delivery targets. Ensure successful and complete handover to operations and project closure once the project is delivered including lessons learned and financial closure. Communicate the project/request status to the Project Manager/Consulting Directorand stakeholders regularly. Advise and assist the Project Manager/Consulting Director on strategic direction planning and on tasks assigned. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in relevant field of study Professional skills: Ability to build pro-active, co-operative working relationships with business, peers and key stakeholders based on respect and team work Experience with and sensitivity for different cultures Ability to act under strong pressure and to manage operational issues efficiently Able to evaluate information, identify key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgment, experience and common sense Experience and understandingof Financial Management including budgets, forecasting and reporting Understanding of Financial processes i.e.: budgeting, forecasting etc. Highly motivated, self-starter has ability to interface with management and work well in a team environment Strong analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail Interested candidate may submit the resume to 012-2092792 (Azril)
