Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
Communicate with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to relay project updates and resolve issues.
Track project progress, prepare status reports, and highlight risks or delays.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, correspondence, and reports.
Assist in procurement processes, including preparing purchase requests, tracking deliveries, and managing materials.
Support in the preparation of claims, progress billing, and variation orders.
Organize and attend project meetings; record and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements on site.
Provide administrative and logistical support to the project team.
Assist the superior in overseeing project execution and undertake assigned responsibilities accordingly.
