We are currently looking for

Admin & Customer Support Interns

to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in

customer support, project coordination, and administrative operations

.

Responsibilities



Customer Support and administrative tasks, including answering live chat, preparing contracts, estimates, and coordinating with vendors. Assist in drafting project-related documents such as quotations, cost estimates, and reports (under supervision). Support project coordination by organizing schedules, tracking delivery, and facilitating communication between internal teams and clients. Learn and contribute to contract management: assisting with new contracts, preparing required documentation, and reviewing/renewing existing contracts in advance.

Ideal Candidate Profile



Academic Background



Minimum

SPM or STPM qualification and above

.

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or Accounting Management

is preferred. Studies in

Translation, Languages, or related fields

will be considered an added advantage.

Professional Skills



Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy in documentation.

Technical Skills



Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus. Familiarity with social media tools and customer support platforms (e.g., Freshdesk) is an advantage. Comfortable with Microsoft Teams and open to learning new IT systems quickly.

Language Skills



Fluent in

English and Malay

. Ability to converse in

Chinese

is a strong advantage.
