Need to plan and executes our awareness campaigns.
Ensures campaign activities are well-organized and meet deadline.
Manage and coordinate daily office administrative tasks.
Prepare, organize, and maintain important company documents such as correspondence, invoices, and payment records.
Assist in preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems and databases.
Liaise with external parties such as suppliers, customers, and relevant agencies.
Ensure smooth and efficient daily office operations.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Can converse well in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Looking for female candidate (preferable).
Training will be provided.
Need to have own laptop for working purpose.
Working location near Pavilion Bukit Bintang.
Operations with normal office hours from Monday to Friday only.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
