The Opportunity

Our partner is an Australia-based leading communication and Telecom software company, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange since 2006. enable businesses to deliver UCaaS and collaboration services. Over 6M+ on-net phone numbers, with 500+ clients around the world and 220+ global network connections to build modern communications. They are currently hiring for a Project Coordinator who will facilitate the execution of projects by providing essential administrative, organizational, and operational support. The role plays a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting and managing projects across the business.
• Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks
• Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project management, acceptance criteria and project timelines
• Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what\'s needed at the right time
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to gain positive business outcomes.
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.

• University Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent
• 4-5 years of experience in Project Management (highly desirable)
• Must have a background in Agile Methodology and possess a strong customer service focus
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communications; with good presentation skills
