We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our PMO team in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, and updates
Monitor project progress and promptly identify or escalate any risks or issues
Organize and maintain project files, records, and related documentation
Support basic budgeting, procurement, and cost-tracking tasks
Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparation of materials and logistics
Create and manage documentation such as SIT (System Integration Test), UAT (User Acceptance Test), FAT (Final Acceptance Test), and any other relevant documents
Requirements:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities
Basic knowledge and experience in creating project-related documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
