We're seeking a highly organized and motivated entry-level Project Coordinator or Project Management Associate to support our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects. Support the development of project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time. Maintain project documentation and ensure all project records are up to date. Monitor project progress and report on status to senior project managers. Help identify and manage project risks and issues. Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and trends to support the team in delivering cutting-edge solutions. Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline creation. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year and above of relevant working experience in the related field is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of project management tools would be an added advantage. Great work ethic and high sense of urgency. Ability to handle high workload volume. Comfortable with documentation intensive tasks, i.e; Minutes of Meeting. Possess strong communication, analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
