We are seeking for a project coordinator to join CBRE\'s Global Team as part of the Energy Transition and EV (Electric Vehicle) workstream. This is an exciting global role, reporting into the Account\'s Portfolio Strategist and working with CBRE market teams around the world. Our client is working to expand its EV charging network around the globe and CBRE has been tasked to support this transition across different markets. Our teams are helping client find locations for EV chargers, approach landlords and sign partnership agreements for this purpose. This role essentially program manages these activities, and the individual will be responsible for coordinating EV initiatives across all markets. Key Responsibilities Program management EV initiatives across markets Regular market engagements responsibility for kick-off, monitoring progress, staying up to date on market activity and pipeline updates until it becomes BAU Regular cadence calls with markets internally and with the client to understand progress and identify pain points, areas of support, if any Maintenance of global pipeline, tracking and reporting to internal and external stakeholders - excel pivot tables and powerpoint dashboards to be created for this purpose Powerpoint creation and presentation- for calls, global meetings, reporting dashboards and best practice sharing Basic data analysis - to support / fast track market programs. Job Requirements Go getter attitude & a problem solving mindset. Good powerpoint skills essential - creating and delivering material. Moderate excel knowledge - pivot tables, creating trackers and dashboards and experience working on large data sets Should be a self-starter and proactive in approach - some prior experience in program management will be a plus. Good communication & interpersonal skills, prior experience working with regional or cross functional teams. Flexible and ability to multitask - running several market projects in tandem.
