Kelayakan

• SKM, Diploma or Degree in Building Constructions, Building Maintenance, Civil Engineerring, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, Architecture or relevant.
• Candidates with experience in furniture work, interior work, construction, installation or project coordination/management are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work on site and in Section 25 Shah Alam.
• Willing to travel on daily basis (Klang Valley & Outskirt).
• Possess a valid driving license (class D).
• Independent, Confident, Problem Solver, Good Leadership, Responsible, Discipline, Matured, Organized, Good Communication Skills and Excellent Client-Facing Skills.

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible in creating, updating and managing project course, schedule, time frames and budget.
• Coordinate and schedule manpower, transportation, materials and equipment.
• Manage proper paperwork for a project if required and keep proper recording and filing of all projects.
• Responsible in managing and leading an operation team.
• Responsible for site supervision work, site management work, monitoring installation team, monitoring sub-cons and work progress.
• Responsible in solving any problems that occurred during the course of project.
• Responsible in communicating with sub-cons and customers during project if required.
• Work closely with sales team and ID team.
• Report to Head of Operation Department/Project Manager.
